NYSARC Will Host Walk To Raise Autism Awareness

St. Lawrence NYSARC is holding a walk to promote awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorders at 10 a.m.Sept. 9 at the Village Park on Main Street. Registration begins at 9 a.m.
This year's theme is "Disney" and there will be a costume contest open to everyone with a variety of prizes.
The Autism Awareness Walk is a non-competitive walk to promote education and support services offered by St. Lawrence NYSARC for people on the Autism Spectrum.
There is no registration fee, but walkers who raise $25 get a "thank you" gift and donors who give $50 or more will receive an Autism Awareness Walk T-shirt, while supplies last.
The first 350 registered participants will get a complimentary gift bag.
