Donna LaBar to tackle brain health in Sept. 9 presentation at the Dietrich Theater
The Abington Journal - 9/5/2017
TUNKHANNOCK — “Brain Health and Clearing Brain Fog Naturally” is the topic of the presentation for September’s Dietrich Theater Wellness Initiative with Donna LaBar.
All are invited from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9 to learn how to detox the brain, get more energy and prevent plaque that contributes to dementia and Alzheimer’s.
“Enjoying stable energy and clear thought improvement can be achieved in a short time – even just 30 days – when you are doing all the right things,” LaBar said in a news release. “Join us to learn about the most vital things you could be doing to preserve one of your most vital assets, your brain.”
LaBar is a licensed nutritionist and health coach, and has held seminars at many locations throughout NEPA, including the Dietrich Theater, Waverly Wellness House, Shadowbrook and more.
Always part of her presentation is a sampling of her own prepared recipes.
Tickets are available at the door and $10 donations are suggested. For more information, call 570-996-1500.
