Check Cashing USA launches fundraiseerin support of the Dan Marino Foundati on

Check Cashing USA has launched a fundraiser at all 44 South Florida locations. The campaign, which runs through Apr. 30, will serve to commemorate NationalAutism Awareness Month.
The fundraiser partners Check Cashing USA's customers and associates to raisemoney in support of the Dan Marino Foun dation, with its mission "Empowering indiawareness viduals with autism and other develop mental disabilities."
For more than 26 years, the DanMarino Foundationhas worked to cre ate unique and im-pactful initiatives inthe community. Among these first-firsttatement, of their-kind initia-tives are theNicklaus Children'sHospital DanMarino Outpatient Center, the Marino Autism Research In stitute, Marino Adapted Aquatics, Sum-mer STEPS Employment Programs, Virtual Interactive Training Agent Pro-gram (ViTA-DMF), and now post-sec-ondary programs at Marino Campus Broward located in downtown Fort Laud erdale, and Marino Campus Miami-Dadelocated at Florida International Univer sity's (FIU) Modesto Maidique Campus(MMC).
At Marino Campus, class instruction, combined with real-world work experience, prepares students in obtaining nationallyrecognized industry certifications in Hos pitality and Computer Technology.
As a result of the generosity of customers and associates, Check Cashing USA hasdistributed over $100,000 in donatio ons to more than 20 charities across the SouthFlorida footprint. Customers may chooose toparticipate by asking the cashier to add a$1, $3 or $5 contribution to their billl. TheDan Marino Foundation, a 501(c)(3)char itable organization, has partneredwithCheck Cashing USA to create a succe essful community impact.
